2021 Spring Assessment Information

Assessments

BDCHS abides by all of the high school graduation requirements outlined by the Florida Department of Education. This includes all assessment stipulations.  To understand graduation requirements, please navigate to the "Graduation Requirements" subtab within the "Academics" tab above.  Established tests include End of Course Assessments in Algebra I, Geometry, Biology, and US History; the requirement for taking and successfully completing each test may change depending on the year a student entered grade nine.

Important Assessment Message

Brooks DeBartolo Collegiate High School is committed to keeping our school community informed of assessment practices and requirements in accordance with state mandates.  The Spring assessment season is now upon us, and we want to ensure you have the most up-to-date information about the assessments that will be taking place in the coming weeks.  This message is to provide you with important information released by the FLDOE pertaining to the Florida Standards Assessment (FSA) as well as the BDCHS Spring Testing Calendar; please note that these dates and times are subject to change.  Updated resources pertaining to the FSA are available on the Florida Standards Assessment Portal here.
  • FSA Training Tests (practice tests) have been updated to have the same look and feel as the FSA our students will take in the Spring; the Training Tests for all content areas may be accessed here.
  • Please share the above information with your students and have them practice with the site to ensure familiarity with the tools.  BDCHS will also be ensuring that students are aware of the changes and familiar with the test portal format.
