Mental Health
It is important to always be aware of one's social, emotional, mental, and physical well being. There are many life situations that may result in one or more of the above areas from being in one's ideal comfort zone and this may prompt a person to seek assistance. Students should understand that school counselors, teachers, and other school staff are available to help. Reaching out to others should not be viewed as a sign of weakness, in fact, most consider it an act of strength.
